The price for your home inspection is based on the size and age of the home. Larger and older homes require more time and often a more detailed report. Prices are calculated based on the heated, square-feet. Detached garages are not included in the base price. Additional buildings (detached garage, shop, etc.) require additional time and reporting, and are not included in the base price. These buildings may be included or omitted from the inspection at the customer’s request.
